Single Steel Belt Flaking Machine

Working Principle

The single steel belt flaking machine feeds molten materials from the upstream into the overflow launder through heat traced pipelines, and the overflow launder distributes the materials evenly to form a uniform thin layer on the uniformly moving steel belt below. A continuous spray cooling device is installed under the steel belt. By virtue of the excellent heat transfer performance of the steel belt, the materials are rapidly cooled and solidified into flakes during the conveying process on the moving steel belt. The solidified flake material is scraped off by the discharge scraper at the end of the equipment, naturally crushed, and enters the subsequent packaging process.
