Equipment Overview & Working Principle
Continuous Extrusion & Cooling
The steel belt strip cutting & pelletizing machine transports molten materials from the upstream to the strip making distribution device through heat traced pipelines, extrudes them into continuous strips through a perforated template, and evenly falls on the uniformly moving steel belt below. A continuous spray cooling device is installed under the steel belt. By virtue of the heat transfer performance of the steel belt, the strip materials are rapidly cooled and solidified during the moving process. The solidified strip material enters the pelletizing device at the end of the equipment, is cut into uniform particles according to the set length, and enters the subsequent packaging process.
