Synchronous Two-Way Cooling

The double steel belt flaking machine feeds molten materials from the upstream into the distribution device through heat traced pipelines, and evenly distributes the materials between two upper and lower synchronous running steel belts. The materials form a uniform thin layer under the clamping of the upper and lower steel belts. Both upper and lower steel belts are equipped with cooling devices. By virtue of the heat transfer performance of the steel belts, the materials are uniformly cooled from both sides during the moving process and rapidly solidified. The solidified flake material is peeled off the steel belt by the discharge device at the end of the equipment and enters the subsequent processing process.
