A complete production line based on steel belt melt granulation technology was supplied for this project. Considering the high viscosity and heat-sensitive characteristics of petroleum by-products, the temperature control system and material distribution method were specifically optimized to ensure uniform spreading and rapid solidification on the steel belt. After commissioning, the line has been running stably, producing uniform granules and significantly improving the storage, handling, and overall utilization value of the materials.
