For rosin resin, which tends to soften and agglomerate during processing, a customized granulation solution based on steel belt cooling was adopted. By optimizing cooling intensity and cutting timing, the material is rapidly solidified to minimize sticking and deformation. In operation, the final granules show good shape integrity and flowability, significantly improving packaging and transportation efficiency.
