This project is applied in the pitch coating process for anode material production, utilizing a steel belt melt granulation process for continuous operation. By optimizing material distribution and cooling performance, the pitch is evenly coated onto the substrate surface. After implementation, the system delivers consistent particle size distribution and stable coating performance, meeting the customer’s requirements for product uniformity and large-scale production.
